Introducing Our Team
Resilience Partners is a collective of four independent consultants, Abby, An, Luc and Patrick, who bring together extensive experience working with donors, NGOs, consultancies, and multilateral organisations. We collaborate to enhance each other’s work, share opportunities, and provide strategic support, all while maintaining our independent practices.
United by a commitment to impactful solutions and a spirit of partnership and individual growth, we believe that working together amplifies our strengths and benefits our clients. Prospective clients are welcome to approach us separately or as a group.
Abby Robinson
Abby Robinson has 25 years of experience advising government leaders on strategic vision, organisational transformation, and the development of new approaches to security and governance. She specialises in Security Sector Reform and climate change, and is a highly skilled facilitator. Abby’s passion for fostering strong relationships and facilitating transformational change within organisations, is pivotal to our desire to help partners design new approaches that are truly for the greatest good of all. Abby holds an MA in Conflict resolution and governance from the University of Amsterdam, and is based in the Hague, Netherlands.
An Hutton
An Hutton combines a rich background in programme management, capacity building, national security and organisational learning. With extensive knowledge in INSERT SPECIFICS, An is dedicated to ensuring that Resilience Partners not only achieves its goals but also empowers our clients to thrive in a competitive landscape. An’s analytical mindset helps guide our strategic initiatives. expertise in project management and team development plays a pivotal role in our client-centered approach. An graduated in Archaeology from the University of Reading, and lives in XX, United Kingdom.
Patrick Hagan
Patrick brings a wealth of experience in delivering implementation-focused solutions on security & justice, business & human rights, and Women, Peace, & Security issues in complex and dynamic contexts. His experience covers strategy/operational design and evaluation, capacity building, and organisational reform across the police, justice, and defense sectors. Patrick focuses on enabling organizational learning, and driving evidence-based decision-making to optimize program outcomes. Patrick has a talent for storytelling. His deep understanding of human behaviour shapes how we connect with our audience. He has a PhD in Social Psychology from the University of Western Australia, and is based in Geneva, Switzerland.
Luc Chounet-Cambas
Luc has over 20 years of experience in security policy, programme design, evaluation, and learning. Before becoming a consultant, he managed large-scale peacebuilding, stabilisation, research and accountability programmes, mostly in fragile and conflict-affected environments. Luc has worked with governments, multilateral organisations, NGOs, consultancies and civil society actors on peacebuilding, stabilisation, disarmament, and mediation matters. Luc’s creative vision helps us meet the evolving needs of our clients. He holds an MPhil in African Studies from Paris La Sorbonne University and is based in Geneva, Switzerland.
